This multiuse building possesses a built area of 9,770 square meters and is situated in one of the most important regions of Salvador: Oceânica Ave., in the Barra neighborhood.
With a view to the Barra Lighthouse and Barra beach, the design is set up on a 1,825-square meter L-shaped lot. The mixed program was solved via the creation of a distinct circulation area for the clients using the commercial spaces and one for the residents of the building.
The stores situated on the ground floor will be accessed via Oceânica Ave. Residents, in turn, will utilize Francisco Otaviano St., as will the vehicles parking in the residential use area.
The projects includes three stores on the ground floor, as well as a reception lobby for the residential area. The building features 90 apartments distributed onto 7 floors, 4 of which are duplex units, with access to the rooftop terrace.
The leisure area was placed on the rooftop so that users could enjoy the view of Todos os Santos Bay from the pool.
The formal aspect of the project is directly connected to the arrangement of the apartments/car spaces in modules. The structure will be composed of reinforced concrete, and the finishing will be predominantly in architectural brick and concrete, glass and black granite.
